In 1998, Delano and Tony Patterson, a father and son team, began with a small 40 unit facility that grew to over 200 units by 2007. Patterson’s Self Storage, the newest facility owned and operated by members of the Patterson family, is gated and secure with 24-hour surveillance and a variety of storage unit types and sizes, just like Patterson’s Mini Storage next door. With more than a decade and a half of understanding and managing self storage businesses, the Patterson family is dedicated to serving customers in the community in which they live.
